There are 9 concrete steps up to the front door. Located on the ground floor is a guest lounge/ reception area, public toilet (unisex) and room 2

17 carpeted stairs take you up to the 1st floor to rooms 3 to 6

16 further carpeted stairs to the 2nd floor, to rooms 7 to 10

From the ground floor, 14 carpeted stairs access the dining room downstairs.

There is no wheelchair access throughout the premises and no lift.

Access to the building is gained via a key to the front door and a key to the room, on arrival please ring the door bell for attention.

All corridors are well lit with a combination of pendent, spot, or wall lights, and all corridors are carpeted.

All rooms are en-suite with showers, and are equipped with free view colour TV, alarm clock, beverage tray, hairdryer and a mini fridge (Family rooms only). All bedroom doors have self closures.

There is an up to date fire alarm system with break glass points situated on all floors, and emergency lighting present.

Off street parking is available free of charge, alternatively there is a coach park behind us.

Weekly season tickets are also available which allows parking on any car park except Palmers for £18.00 Saturday to Saturday (Tourist information centre 01493 846345)
